As far as the important flavour & consistency of your sponge cake goes, you have a wide choice from the popular vanilla and chocolate to the more exotic coconut & lime (with an option of rum), or perhaps Toblerone, white velvet or banana & pecan - there so many to choose from, please just ask!
Celebration fruit cakes are always popular for more formal cakes and should your cake need to be egg free, vegan, gluten or dairy free, just add this to the dietry requirements on the email enquiry form via the link below.
You can just about have any type and flavour of filling you like, such as buttercream, Ganachè, Swiss meringue buttercream, cream cheese, mascarpone frosting to name but a few - the choice is yours and I'm here to help!
All of my cakes and biscuits are freshly made by myself, using only the very best carefully chosen ingredients.

I so loved making this Harry Potter book themed cake, making it as realistic as possible. One side was vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and the other was chocolate.
I made this cake for my granddaughter and she was overjoyed with it. It was a lovely light vanilla sponge with bubblegum flavoured buttercream!
My customer asked me to create a tortoise cake - well here he is! I was so chuffed with the my creation! he was red velevt with vanilla buttercream.
This Spiderman themed cake was such a challenge! I really enjoed curving his muscles and was pleased with the finished result. This guy was chocolate with chocolate buttercream.
I really wanted to make a eye catching simple cake and this pattern I chose I think achieved that. This was a moist chcocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
Horse's head... this is one of my favourites. He was very time consuming, but I was very proud with the outcome and my customer was delighted! He was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.
This Costa themed cake was fun. My husband and I had a costa cup on the top of our wedding cake :) so making one myself was quite exciting. The cup was coffee flavoured & the main cake was vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream.
Beauty & The Beast
A Beauty & The Beast themed cake which was such delight to design and make. The rose is edible and I hand painted the silhouettes and lit up the dome :) this was a surprise cake for someone's daughter during this lockdown.
I so enjoyed making this 60's record player cake. It was all edible except for the arm as that was a straw and the needle as that was a flower wire! :) I am super proud with the finished product.
Thomas The Tank Engine
I love, love, love making Thomas the Tank Engine cakes and this was all completely edible! The bottom cake was moist chococlate and the top subtle vanilla.
This M.A.C themed cake was all completely edible. I revelled in making everything as realistic as possible, from the blusher on the brush down to the powdered balls. This was a delicious chocolate cake.
This cake is an actual replica of the birthday boy's boat - he's the one holding a beer :) His sister commissioned this surprise cake asking me to include his wife, their daughters and dogs. They were all delighted with the end result and it was so much fun to design and make.
A Descendants themed cake with the gold dragon being cut by hand! This cake was moist chocolate with vanilla buttercream.
I absolutely loved making this Betty Boop themed cake, she was moist chocolate with chocolate buttercream.
This 3 tiered princess cake was a delight to make, each tier was a different flavour, lemon, vanilla and chocolate.
Art Lover's Cake
This is a 80th birthday cake for a person who enjoys art as a hobby and was a lovely, light Victoria sponge.
